Research Specialty

  • Primary research and publications focus on emerging contaminants including antibiotics, endocrine disrupting chemicals, estrogens, and disinfection byproducts in drinking water, wastewater and food with emphasis on analysis, treatment and fate modeling.
  • Teaching has included sustainability, drinking water treatment, public health, and environmental chemistry.
